With its unique keying design, the Micro-Fit+ connectors offer up to 13.0A with a 3.00mm pitch to deliver high current capacity for different applications using the same amount of space that smaller connectors occupy.

When assembling connectors, terminal back-outs may occur, resulting in end-product failure. The enhanced TPA design of Micro-Fit+ connectors provides stability and security for the terminals inside the receptacle. TPA retainers help prevent failure in end products by reducing terminal back-out.

Glow wire capable materials were designed to meet required EU regulations (IEC60335-1) for the home appliance market. This test mandates that connectors carrying a current of 0.20A or higher must pass the glow wire test. A connector passes the test if, during 30 seconds of applying a glowing wire, there is no ignition or any flames self-extinguish within 2 seconds.
